The LIT (formerly The Poets' and Writers' League of Greater Cleveland) is proud to announce The Lantern Awards to honor and celebrate the most talented literary artists who live and work in Northeast Ohio. The winners will be announced and awards will be presented at ALL LIT UP: An Evening of Literary Excellence on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the Palace Theatre of PlayhouseSquare.

Celebrating the literary artists in our region and their acclaimed work, The LIT, Cleveland's Literary Center, is delighted to present All LIT UP: An Evening of Literary Excellence! This event features the presentation of the first biennial Lantern Awards in eight different literary genre categories ranging from poetry and non-fiction to graphic novel and blog. Tickets purchased at $35 include the program . Tickets that are $50 provide additional access to the after-party at the Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative.
