Want to explore a new dimension in soldering? Here is your chance. We will create a three dimensional soldered piece to wear or adorn your Christmas tree. First we will create a collage inside of our box by using paint, lace, and an image (Paula will have an assortment of finished images, but if you want to bring your own, make sure it is a finished piece- size:  1 1/2 x 2 inches).  We will encapsulate our collage in this glass box by soldering it all together along with texture.  Add some wire work to jazz it up and voila - you're done. *Soldering experience is required.
Optional Supplies: Image of choice (described above), black Sharpie, small craft pliers, round nose pliers, wire cutters, beads and/or charms to hang from your piece. Bring your own soldering iron if you don't want to wait (1/2 and 1/8 inch tips). Paula will have two soldering irons to use in class. (Paula uses Weller 100 watt soldering iron, turquoise colored, with the mini phaser rheostat so can be adjusted to 50 watt).
