About the Presenter:

It's safe to say we're head over heels for love. In fact, our company was built on it. In August of 1989, inspired by their own recent marriage, Jim and Denise Frericks founded Today's Bride Magazine & Shows. And now, in 2013, we're proud to be celebrating 24 years of business. From the beginning, Today's Bride has been a frontrunner in the wedding industry. We revolutionized publishing by having one of the first wedding websites in the nation in the early 90's. These days, Todaysbride.com averages more than 35,000 unique visitors and 103,000 page views per month. For a niche Northeast Ohio market, these numbers are huge and contribute to our overall success. Today's Bride is widely recognized as the area's most experienced and respected bridal show producer -- with nearly 7,000 brides and more than 500 businesses attending annually. We may have started with just our two October bridal shows ... but our company now produces six shows per year in April, July, October and January. Today's Bride Magazine is our other labor of love. It's an annual publication with two editions: Cleveland and Akron/Canton. The things we love about the magazine are the things you'll come to appreciate, too â€" the jumbo 9 ½ x 12" format, a modern layout, articles for every stage of planning, as well as a detailed wedding planner that many local brides find useful. Today's Bride Magazine has a widespread distribution with free copies available at our advertisers' retail locations, Today's Bride bridal shows and through the digital version on Todaysbride.com. We're fortunate to say that we have a diverse, but entirely service-oriented, staff. (You can read about them below!) We're probably even more fortunate to say that we represent some of the most seasoned vendors that Ohio, and moreover â€" the nation â€" has to offer. That makes our jobs incredibly easy. We definitely think we've got something that today's â€" and even tomorrow's â€" bride can enjoy. But be careful: You just might fall head over heels for us.
