Columbus Center for Paper & Book Arts

The Columbus Center for Paper & Book Arts is located in a charming, historic carriage house in the Discovery District of downtown Columbus, near the main library and Topiary Park. Devoted to education and community outreach, the Center includes a first floor gallery (with quarterly shows), workshop space for up to 30 participants and European Papers Studio Shop. Workshops are offered in the paper arts, bookbinding, collage, calligraphy, polymer clay and altered books.

We are happy to have you visit us! We are open Wednesday-Saturday from 11-4, as well as the third Tuesday of each month for "Artful Evenings". During this monthly evening you can shop, visit the current gallery exhibition or take part in interactive arts workshops (activities change monthly). There is a nominal cost of $5 to cover materials, take part in the activity.

European Papers, Ltd. a worldwide supplier of book arts and collage materials, is housed within CCPBA. Founded with an uncompromising commitment to quality products, "the fine and unusual", European Papers seeks out beautiful items from Europe and throughout the world. Their studio shop offers more than 100 types of handmade, printed and decorative papers; collage materials, antique reproductions, charms, ribbons, findings, beads, bookbinding supplies, artist materials and project kits. (With more than 500 different items available, there's too many to list). We also offer some handbound books and gifts.
