The Lake Erie Shores & Islands, from Vermilion to Genoa, is Ohio's most exciting, year-round vacation destination. From exciting thrills like amusement parks and waterparks to natural thrills like Lake Erie fishing, beaches and Ohio's only islands, this area offers something to please everyone.

Islands have always been an appealing escape and Ohio’s Lake Erie Islands are no exception. South Bass Island, also known as Put-in-Bay, offers unparalleled adventure around every corner, while, Kelleys Island provides a milder blend of attractions with exquisite natural beauty. Be warned, it’s easy to lose track of time exploring on bicycle or golf cart, especially when you include stopovers at the one-of-a-kind, island-inspired boutiques and eateries.
