Upper Arlington Cultural Arts Commission's provides many opportunities to enjoy and participate in the arts including the Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival, exhibits and artists' discussions in the Concourse Gallery, Music in the Chambers, Summer Concert Series and more. All gallery exhibits and most events are provided free of charge.
