Community Time Capsule, Running Man Frieze (after Muybridge), and Charting History are located in the Dublin Community and Recreation Center. These relief sculptures were created by Columbus, Ohio artists David Bamber and Andrew Scott in 1996.

Community Time Capsule is located in the lobby of the Rec Center, and represents vignettes of community life, with space to display items important to the community.

Charting History is in the entry hallway of the Center, and is a series of relief panels that represent abstracted maps of Dublin as it changed from a small rural community to the booming city it is today.

Running Man Frieze (after Muybridge), situated in the Center’s fitness area, is a series of relief panels that recreate the elements of Eadweard Muybridge’s famous photographic studies of motion.
