Six bench/windscreens depicting the settling of the Cuyagoga Valley, with a focus on transportation and arranged in chronological order: 1. Native American settlements and the canoe 2. Moses Cleveland and the covered wagon 3. The canals 4. The railroad 5. Shipbuilding 6. Recent settlers, automotive and aviation. There are 78 separate black line drawings which are sand carved into laminated glass. Each bench is composed of eight panels.
