Learn to make labneh (strained yogurt with lemon & herbs), zingy tabbouleh (bulgur, parsley, tomato salad), and baba ghanouj (roasted eggplant dip); fattoush salad & shish taouk with toum — marinated grilled chicken skewers. Dinner includes a glass of wine.
