Learn techniques for making different types of stuffed pasta: homemade ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, and caramelle. You will make a classic cheese fillings and sauces; then handmake perfect pasta dough to take home. This is hands-on class. You will enjoy your creations at the end of class with a glass of wine.
