Celtic Rush is a traditional Irish band with a non-traditional twist. They are a group of friends who have enjoyed performing throughout Northeast Ohio (Akron, Cleveland, Norton, Barberton, Bath, Canton, Dover, and Kent areas) as well as West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The group performs with various instruments including fiddles, guitars, tin whistles, upright bass, mandolin, and Irish drum (bodhran). Their music repertoire includes Irish and Scottish jigs, reels, hornpipes, waltzes, and polkas, sometimes even adding some unexpected non-traditional favorites.
