The Lakewood Historical Society collects, preserves and interprets the history of our community. The society maintains a historic house museum, archives, photographic image collection and reference library. The society presents biannual lecture series on a variety of local history and preservation topics and advocates for the preservation of Lakewood's built environment and history.
