The Ohio State University Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum is the world's largest collection of cartoon and comic art. Established in 1977, the collection now holds over 3 million pieces. The reading room is free and accessible to the public 9-5pm Monday through Friday, and the state-of-the-art museum is always free, open 1-5 Tuesday through Friday.
