The German gothic style Trinity Lutheran Church was built in 1856. The second Lutheran church in the city, it initially did not have a bell until the steeple and bell were added in 1876.
Since that time, the church has undergone several renovations, including the last one in 1994. The beautiful church windows with the theme “the Life of Christ” were designed by the Von Gerichten Art Glass Company, famous for its craftsmanship and quality.
