On Saturday, March 24, 2018, VSA Ohio will host the 10th annual Day of Arts for All at the Westerville Community Center. This is a free, accessible community event that includes awards, performances, art-making activities, and an open panel discussion for artists by artists on best practices for pricing work, social marketing, community development, and more - bring your questions. Day of Arts for All is the opening ceremony for Accessible Expressions Ohio, a 75-piece visual art exhibit, which raises awareness about dis/ability and advances creative careers. This year’s exhibit includes art by 75 Ohioans with disabilities ranging in ages from 10 to 75. Typically, 250 people attend Day of Arts for All during which we present awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize in each category (Youth, Emerging, Professional) along with Best in Show.Our mission at VSA Ohio is to make the arts and arts education accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities.
