Be whisked away to the rolling hills of Tuscany with four dishes that showcase the genius and simplicity of Tuscan cooking. Make steak tagliata with capers and a peppery Parmesan lemon arugula salad. Learn the technique for making wild mushroom risotto in just 30 minutes. Dessert is chocolate Budino—an Italian pudding. During class we will discuss Tuscan culinary traditions and food culture.
