Celebrating 30 years, the award-winning Clark State Performing Arts Center has been the entertainment destination for downtown Springfield, Ohio. The 86,000 square foot facility houses the Kuss Auditorium and Turner Studio Theatre. Clark State presents local and international music, national Broadway tours, theatre productions, dance and more, all with affordable ticket prices. The Center is also the home to our resident art groups including the Springfield Arts Council and the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. Tickets can be purchased in-person, by phone or online through eTix.com, our only authorized ticketing vendor.The beautiful Kuss Auditorium is a state-of-the-art theatre that seats 1,500 with pit, orchestra, mezzanine and balcony levels including two levels of box seating. The Turner Studio Theatre, or black box theatre, is a 200-seat theatre that offers an optimal setting for smaller, more intimate events. These facilities are also available for rental.Parking is free. Concessions, including wine, beer, liquor, soda, water and snacks, are available during events (no Sunday alcohol sales).
