The Greater Cleveland Aquarium is the only free-standing aquarium in Ohio. The aquarium offers a journey through the historic FirstEnergy Powerhouse loaded with things to do and engaging experiences. The Ohio Lakes and Rivers exhibit fascinates visitors with freshwater species that are native to Ohio, alligators, catfish and thousands of freshwater wonders. The shark tank delights guests with sharks, eels, seahorses and a wide variety of saltwater wonders, and often scuba divers who interact with guests. Plan approximately an hour and a half for your aquarium visit.
