Founded in 2007, the Discovery Special Improvement District is an association of property owners created to fund and deliver district-wide services in a 35-square-block area of downtown Columbus. Discovery SID encompasses an area bounded generally by I-670 on the north, I-71 on the East, Mound Street on the south, and Fifth Street on the west. The Discovery SID supports and promotes events happening within the Discovery District.
