Hands on cooking class where you prep, cook, and enjoy the meal with wine. Chef Instructor: Shawnie Kelley
Join food writer and chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley for flavorful fusion Morocca-southern French dishes. You will create a North African spice blend for lamb meatballs, served with lemon saffron couscous; a cucumber and mint salad. During class, Shawnie will discuss the flavors specific to Moroccan cooking and where to find ingredients. For dessert, crescent shaped “gazelle horns” are a not-too-sweet ending. At the end of class, you can enjoy your meal with a glass of wine.
