It is fitting that one of the University’s leading-edge departments has a building that matches its dynamics. Designed by JBA Associates and dedicated in 2005, the building has 210 laboratory modules, seminar and conference rooms, and separate laboratory and office wings in more than 230,000 square feet. The structure’s showpiece is a soaring 3-story atrium that lifts occupants’ spirits even on the grayest Ohio days.
