One of the more recent additions to the Brewery District’s streetscape, the Crabbe, Brown and James LLP Building was erected in 1990 and designed by architect Richard Trott and Partners. It is by far the tallest building in the Brewery District, and features brick, glass, painted steel, and stone accents to create a three-part façade. The steel structure on the north side acts as a gateway to a pedestrian plaza that reaches all the way to High Street.
